About Skelovantu
2014
When the project started — not a milestone we repeat, just a reference point.

Financial analysis taught by people who actually use it

Skelovantu runs live webinars on valuation techniques for financial analysts — the kind of sessions where you can ask a question mid-presentation and get a real answer, not a pre-recorded response.

The format is deliberate. We chose remote learning because it removes friction without removing rigour. You get the same material you would in a classroom, without rearranging your schedule around a commute.

The analysts who lead sessions here work with DCF models, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions regularly. They bring specific examples — actual deal structures, real valuation ranges — not sanitised textbook cases.

DCF and multiples — side by side
Sessions compare methods directly, so you understand when each approach is appropriate and why outputs diverge.
Live Q&A, not a comment box
Questions answered during the session, while the model is still on screen and the context is fresh.
Materials you can reference later
Spreadsheet templates and annotated slides shared after each session — not a marketing PDF.
Certificates on completion
Issued after assessed participation — see the certifications page for details on what is covered.
How we work

Small group, specific subject, no tangents

Sessions at Skelovantu stay focused on valuation. There is no module on general finance theory, no introductory material for people who have never read a financial statement.

The people who attend already work in finance or are preparing for roles where valuation comes up regularly. Sessions are structured around that baseline — you are not waiting for the group to catch up.

Questions from participants shape where the session goes. If a particular method needs more time, it gets it. If something is clear, we move on. Contact us at [email protected] or call +1 418 821 1636 to ask about upcoming sessions.
